Since its establishment in 1991, Shiyam Foundations has completed construction of several residential projects as well as two commercial projects in and around Chennai, apart from a resort cum hotel at Kodaikannal.

At present Shiyam Foundations is engaged in the construction of six residential projects as well as one commercial project in Chennai.

Shiyam Foundation aims to undertake projects in most parts of Chennai. At present there are a few proposed projects in the pipeline.
