PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The Payment schedule enumerated below is common to all projects.

Booking:
10% of booking
Land Cost:
40% of the total cost is payable during undivided-share-of-land registration. This should be done within one month from the date of booking.
First Installment:
15% of the total cost is payable after laying of Foundation.
Second Installment:
15% of the total cost is payable after completion of Roof
Third Installment:
15% of the total cost is payable during Brick Work.
Final Installment:
5% of the total cost is payable at the time of handing over of the flat.
Note:
LIC, HDFC and other Institutional/Bank Loans can be arranged(subject to the eligibility criteria as fixed by them). In that case 15% of the total cost to be paid before undivided-share-of-land registration.
The work schedule & payment schedule will be intimated well in advance. A Special discount will be considered for lump sum payments. Cost of additional jobs, if any, shall be met by the purchaser and is to be paid before land registration, water & electricity deposits, sale tax etc.,.
In case of cancellation of booking, no interest shall be payable and a service charge of 2% on total value shall be deducted from the amount refundable.
